The women of food procesing nucleus from Dibra, Albania, Who produce fruit and vegetable preserves grown and made in this beautiful albanse region, have gone to Permet and Tirana to visit other food procesors and learn how to improve their business. Nucleus Albania has organized a benchmarking visit to Jam and Glyko producers in Permet.
The Nucleus of Dibra has had the opportunity to learn from the experience in Permet and compare their techniques and products with products produced in Permet and Tirana.
