The Nucleus of food processors (Jam and fruit preserves) from Dibra (Albania) have organized with support from Nucleus Albania a Technical visit to Permet.
The Albanian Television has informed about this visit.

Bread bakers in Shkodra (Albania)

Bread bakers is one of the sectors that have better results when participate in the Nucleus Approach. 

Nucleus Albania has started the process to organize a Bread bakers nucleus in Shkodra. 

Silvana Pica is the counsellor in charge of this task. 

Bakeries have a good technological level, but have a lot to improve, new recipes, breads more healthy, new products. A whole new world of opportunities.

Joint training and coaching session

Nucleus Counsellors from Albania and Kosovo have had a joint training and coaching activity in Shkodra (Albania) during three days.

Nucleus visits, sharing points of view experiences and having direct contact with SMEs has been an opportunity to improve their knowledge and learn from other counsellors.
