Three steps to succed

Working with entrepreneurs you have to start by always asking if they are ready for the project to work. If they really want to do it.

The question we must ask is how much they want to be successful? If They really want to succeed?

Starting with a simple question: From 0 to 10 how much? 

We start with this question and wait for the answer, without haste, letting the doubt be installed first, because doubts and uncertainties are the beginning of the process.
We should not expect the answer to be 100%. No one is ever 100% prepared.
There are always points to improve, there are always aspects that need to be worked, corrected, improved.
The success is based on a tripod. Three support points are needed to achieve results.
Desire, Knowledge and Action.
I prefer to present them and conceive them in this order:
First the Desire. Then the Knowledge and only finally the Action.
How often is action nothing more than activism?
How many others desire is nothing more than chimera?
How much knowledge goes beyond erudition without purpose.
To have desire and knowledge without action do not get anywhere.
Knowledge and action if there is no desire do not lead to anything.
Action and desire do not reach any result if there is no knowledge.
